Pin High was founded in 1988 and introduced The Roundfile Scorecard booklet, but soon became known for its high-end custom shaft ID labels, first offered to private country clubs in 1992. Building on early success, a program was later added for public facilities and retailers which included a counter display and prepaid ordering certificates. In 1998 they opened a web site and began offering genuine Pin High labels to golfers around the world.
